Two Members Recognized with City Scholars' Youth Hero Awards

Breanna Kellum (Eastman Club) and Gregory Miles (Petrolane Club) were recognized last night at the City Scholars Youth Hero Awards event in Los Angeles, California.

As BGCLB is a participant of the City Scholars Leadership Academy, Breanna and Gregory, who have been directly impacted by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Long Beach, were selected as recipients of the City Scholars Youth Hero Award.

The City Scholars Leadership Academy, a non-profit leadership development institute for neighborhood after-school program leaders serving low-income, at-risk youth in the greater Los Angeles community.
